Comal County Elections office
is located in downtown New Braunfels.
Guadalupe County Elections office
is located in Seguin.
Septic Systems / Floodplains / Roads
Comal County Engineer's Office
has jurisdiction over all floodplain, driveway, and septic permits within the unincorporated areas of Comal County but outside of the city limits of New Braunfels.
Guadalupe County maintains the
office to review and permit development in the floodplain as well as septic permits within the unincorporated areas of Guadalupe County but outside of the city limits of New Braunfels.
The Guadalupe County
Road and Bridge office
is responsible for driveway permitting within the unincorporated areas of Guadalupe County but outside of the city limits of New Braunfels.
Appraisals / Tax Payment
All county level issues such as appraisal questions, agricultural exemptions, and tax payments must be completed through the appropriate county.
